Terms and Conditions of Service

By contracting our services you accept these conditions:

1. Nature of the service

We offer personalized web design, development and maintenance services. These services are adapted to each client and are not generic standardized products.

2. Final prices and promotions

The prices shown on the website are final.

Promotions may be subject to specific conditions.

In maintenance services, discounts apply for annual payment and continuity. If you stop using the service and then wish to resume it, normal rates without discount will apply.

That a promotion appears after you contract does not give you the right to cancel, modify or demand the promotional price.

3. Payment method

Payment is made through STRIPE gateway. DSFBusiness LLC does not store card data.

4. No right of withdrawal or refunds

As they are personalized services and/or digital content not supplied on physical support, once the service has started or the work has been delivered, there is no right of withdrawal or refund, in accordance with:

  • Art. 103.c and 103.m of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (EU/ES)
  • Regulations on customized digital services
  • US legislation that recognizes the protection of the provider's intellectual and digital work

5. Intellectual property of the developed website

The structure, code, design and layout of the developed site remain the intellectual property of DSFBusiness LLC, except for materials provided by you.

6. Conditions on file delivery and transfer

CONDITIONS:

  • You can request a copy of the site to use it with another provider, but it is not free.
  • File delivery price (2025):
    • Corporate website without e-commerce: 700 €
    • Website with e-commerce: 900 €
  • Domain transfer management: 35 € per domain

LEGAL BASIS:

  • US legislation on copyright and provision of digital services
  • Spanish intellectual property law
  • GDPR (portability only applies to personal data, not to complete websites)
  • Commercial Code: provider's right to set rates

SERVICES INCLUDED AT NO COST WHILE YOU STAY WITH US:

  • Technical maintenance
  • Monthly backups
  • Basic technical support

When migrating, these services cease to be offered.

CLARIFICATIONS:

  • No files will be delivered without the corresponding payment
  • You can go to another provider, but without access to our files if you don't pay
  • We only deliver the content provided by you, not the code or structure

7. Service termination

You can stop using the services whenever you want, but what has already been paid will not be refunded.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Since the service can be contracted from the EU, we recognize applicable consumer regulations, without waiving US legislation as the country of company registration.
